When Can You Join FitBoxing Classes?
We offer FitBoxing classes on Mondays and Thursdays, 9;30AM til 10.30AM. New classes will be added soon!
You can also combine these classes with Boxing and Kickboxing classes to train every day. All our classes are safe and beginners friendly.
What Equipment Do You Need?
For FitBoxing, you will need the following equipment:
-Boxing Gloves: Essential for protecting your hands and providing proper cushioning during punches.
Hand Wraps: Important for additional wrist support and to prevent injuries.
-Comfortable Workout Clothes: Wear breathable, moisture-wicking attire that allows freedom of movement.
Water Bottle and Towel: Stay hydrated and keep a towel handy to wipe off sweat.
-If you don’t have your own boxing gloves or hand wraps, don’t worry! We offer trial equipments and have high-quality gear available for purchase at our gym.
