Learn how to defend yourself by practicing Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, the best combination of skills in terms of Self-Defence.

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu has been created for the weaker ones to have a chance to survive, control and defeat larger opponents in the most extreme situations. In these classes, we will combine Jiu-Jitsu with strikes (kickboxing), survival principles and physical conditioning.

With The Base Women's Self Defence Program, you will get fit, learn how to deal with your emotions, be  ready for all types of confrontations by turning your body and mind into weapons. Learn how to punch, kick, take your opponents to the ground, defend, control and submit with chokes, armbars, leglocks...

Our Program is designed so you will learn both the standing part and the ground fighting. Everybody can join the class, you don't have to be fit, flexible or strong to start, you will get there by training at The Base. 

Jiu-Jitsu is the most powerful method of empowerment, both mentally and physically, and its benefits are limitless.
